Did I Frame the View, or Did It Frame Me?

Funny how a window becomes a frame only after the view becomes a memory. Painted live from my MIT Institute of Design hostel in 2022, a photo study of a view that shaped my mornings and my mindset, this morning began as a study of light and space; and quietly taught me how to see.
What started as a routine sight became a ritual, my first canvas each day!
This photo study was my way of holding on to that little pocket of stillness in an otherwise bustling design college life. The irony? I only learned to truly "see" it once I knew I would be leaving it.
